Rappelz to be Launched in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines

Eaglegame(M) Sdn. Bhd. and Eaglegame International Limited concerning the distribution of
Rappelz, an online game developed by Seoul-based subsidiary nFlavor Corp., in Malaysia,
Singapore, and the Phillipines.

1. Overview of services
Eaglegame(M) Sdn. Bhd. and Eaglegame International Limited are subsidiaries of Hong
Kong-based Netelusion Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange. Eaglegame(M)
Sdn. Bhd. will handle distribution in Malaysia and Singapore, while Eaglegame International
Limited will handle distribution in the Philippines.
Eaglegame International Limited is one of the fastest-growing entertainment sector companies in
the Philippines, and was recognized in 2009 as the "Most Outstanding Online Games Services
Provider" by the Philippine Marketing Excellence Awards Institute. Its flagship title HighStreet5
reached half a million registered users in less than three months from launch.

3. Overview of agreement
The licensing agreements were signed on April 29, 2010, and will be effective for three years from
the launch of the commercial service.
The open beta test and the full launch of the commercial service, including sale of premium
in-game items, are scheduled to begin in Summer-Fall 2010.
