INTER ACTION Receives a Large Order for Illuminators
INTER ACTION Corporation (HQ: Yokohama, Japan; President, CEO and COO: Masao Kimura) has received a large firm order for illuminators for CCD/C-MOS imager testing systems from two leading Japanese semiconductor manufacturers.

The two semiconductor manufacturers are INTER ACTION clients and have purchased illuminators from the company in the past. The new illuminators will be installed on CCD/C-MOS imager testing systems being installed by the two companies to increase capacity.

1. Customer: Two major Japanese semiconductor manufacturers
2. Product: Illuminator for CCD/C-MOS imager testing systems
3. Amount: About 140 million yen

INTER ACTION will record sales of the above illuminator in the fourth quarter of the current fiscal year ending May 31, 2007 and the next fiscal year ending May 31, 2008
INTER ACTION is not revising its forecasts of operating results due to the above orders.
