Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective November 1, 2016.

1. Organizational changes

Changes in the area of integrated control systems development

Aims

• Strengthen functions to promote development of integrated control systems for mass production by consolidating departments involved in development of such systems within the Integrated Control System Development Division.

Details of the organizational changes

• Integrate the functions of the Vehicle Development Division's Electrical & Electronics Development Department to the Integrated Control System Development Division and the newly established Electrical & Electronics Development Department within the same division.
• In line with the above changes, the Vehicle Development Division's Electrical & Electronics Development Department is abolished.
