Announcement: Revision of Projected Non-consolidated Business Results
Komatsu Ltd. (hereinafter gCompanyh) (President and CEO: Tetsuji Ohashi) has revised the projection for non-consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017, which the Company announced on April 27, 2016.

2. Reasons for the Revision
Because sales are higher than initially anticipated, mainly in China and CIS, the Company has revised its projection of April 27, 2016 for non-consolidated net sales and profits for the fiscal year, ending March 31, 2017 (From April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017). Komatsu makes no change concerning the projection of April 27, 2016 for consolidated business results.
