Shinsei PowerDirect
Our online banking services, Shinsei PowerDirect, is available 24/7 even during Golden Week holidays, except for scheduled maintenance periods. For maintenance schedule, refer to the Maintenance Information page.
Funds Transfer Services
For requests received after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017, the money will be credited into the account on Monday, May 8, 2017.
Investment Trusts Transactions
Transactions made on Japanese holidays and weekends will be processed on the following business day. Furthermore some investment trusts have their own holidays on which their transaction requests will be not processed and will be carried out on the following business day.
Branch Over-The-Counter Services
Shinsei Bank branches will open for regular business hours on Monday, May 1 and Tuesday, May 2 during Golden Week holidays from Saturday, April 29 through Sunday, May 7, 2017.
However, in the Kashiwa Financial Center, Seven Bank ATMs located inside this branch will be unavailable from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, April 30 due to branch refurbishment, and some services including instant card issuance service will be unavailable on Monday, May 1 and Tuesday, May 2.
Housing Loan Call Center
Our call center, Shinsei PowerCall, for housing loan services in English operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at toll-free 0120-456-515. For details and application, visit our website.
Shinsei Bank FX
Our foreign exchange margin trading services, Shinsei Bank FX, is available for regular service hours even during Golden Week holidays from Saturday, April 29 through Sunday, May 7, 2017. However, our call center for Shinsei Bank FX operates only weekdays at toll-free 0120-456-753.
