Toyochem at Productronica: Conductive & Dielectric Materials for Electronics Industry

Tokyo, Japan— Toyochem Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Toyo Ink Group, announced today that they will be participating in productronica India. The show, which is held in conjunction with electronica India, will be held September 21 to 23 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre in Bangalore, India.
productronica India focuses on innovative electronics production technology, while electronica India is South Asia’s leading exhibition for electronic components, systems and applications. Visitors to the Toyochem Booth 3306, Hall 3 can expect to see the company’s latest lineup of electronic materials that incorporate the core materials technologies of the Toyo Ink Group and meet the processing and design needs of the electronics industry.

Toyochem’s Advanced Materials

Toyochem will showcase the LIOELM™ TSS™ series of electromagnetic shielding films, which are specially designed to meet the strictest of shielding requirements.
Component engineers looking for conductive sheets that ensure constantly high conductivity can find out more about Toyochem™s LIOELM™ TSC™200 series of electrically conductive adhesive sheets. These sheets boast high resistance to solder reflow heat and embeddability, thanks to the conductive filler dispersed in a heat-resistant, polyurethane adhesive resin developed by the company.
In addition, the LIOELM™ TCL500 / TSU™500 series of low dielectric materials will be highlighted at the booth. By using the company’s original low-dielectric resin, this material reduces transmission losses during high-speed transmissions. The material also contributes to the widening of circuit interconnect lines and the narrowing of the distance between lines, imparting greater freedom in integrated circuit design to manufacturing engineers.
