Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Katsumi Kitagawa; Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and all member companies in the Toyo Ink Group will implement the following organizational and personnel changes as of August 1, 2017:
1. Organizational changes (effective August 1, 2017)
Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.
- Converting R&D Division, Printing R&D Division and Functional Materials Development Department which are under Technical Center will be dissolved and reorganized, and 1st R&D Division and 2nd R&D Division will be newly established.
2. Personnel changes (effective August 1, 2017)
