Komatsu Ltd. hereby announces that on September 5, 2017 it determined the terms and conditions for the issues of USD-denominated unsecured straight bonds by its subsidiary, Komatsu Finance America Inc. (guaranteed by Komatsu Ltd.) as stated below.
