Announcement Concerning Summer Outdoor Live Concert, “a-nation ‘08 Powered by Weider in Jelly”
―Avex Group 20th Anniversary Celebration―

We hereby announce that our wholly owned subsidiary, Avex Live Creative Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo,
President: Yoshihisa Nagata), will once again present “a-nation,” Japan’s largest outdoor live event, with eight
performances planned for six venues this year.

As in previous years, Morinaga & Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Masayuki Yada), owner of the
“Weider” brand, will be the event’s official sponsor.

The event will also be supported by an additional four companies (as of April 22, 2008). Special support will come from
FamilyMart Co., Ltd. (Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer, Junji Ueda), with
support from NTT DoCoMo, Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, President and Chief Executive Officer: Masao Nakamura),
Nippon Life Insurance Company (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka, President: Kunie Okamoto), and Mizuno Corporation
(Head office: Suminoe-ku, Osaka, President, Representative Director: Akito Mizuno).
