- ATM transaction slips issued by partner financial institutions show a withdrawal fee, but this is covered by Shinsei Bank and no fees are deducted from customers' Shinsei PowerFlex savings accounts.

- Japan Post Bank ATMs located in FamilyMart generally operate from 12:05 a.m. to 11:55 p.m., 365 days a year.

- ATMs are not available during January 1 - 3 and May 3 - 5, but available on Sunday that falls between May 3 - 5. Operating hours on December 31 are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- ATMs are not available on Jan 2 and 3 and holidays; however, with the exception of January 1, they are available when the holiday falls on a Sunday. Operating hours on December 31 are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Coin transactions are not available.

- Foreign currency in cash is not available at ATMs and branches.

Shinsei PowerDirect (online banking service) is available for 24 hours throughout the year except system maintenance period.

Funds Transfer:
Fund transfer requests received after 2:30 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 will be credited to accounts on Thursday, January 4, 2018.
Over-the-Counter Services at Branches:
Shinsei Bank branches will be closed from Saturday, December 30, 2017 through Wednesday, January 3, 2018.
Home Mortgage:
Shinsei Bank’s home mortgage services via Shinsei PowerCall (0120-456-515 Menu 4) will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2017 through 9 a.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018.
