The procedure for Domestic Fund Transfer on Shinsei PowerDirect (Internet banking) has changed
When customers attempt to make a fund transfer on the existing Shinsei PowerDirect from July 8, 2019 onwards, they will be directed to the new Shinsei PowerDirect site which requires Smartphone authentication to complete fund transfers.
However, customers who do not wish to use Smartphone authentication may still make fund transfers with their PIN and security code card via the new Shinsei PowerDirect.
- -All services except "funds transfer" on the existing Shinsei PowerDirect will still be available.
- -Customers will be directed to the new Domestic Fund Transfer page(please refer to the pages below). Please be assured the new site will be a secure Shinsei Bank website.

Funds transfer from Shinsei PowerDirect(Smartphone authentication) offers services such as beneficiary name being automatically displayed (Nameback function) and the Cut-off time for same day transfer being extended from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
