[Important] Additional confirmation will be required at the time of transaction

In recent years, measures implemented to prevent money laundering and the supplies of funds to terrorist organizations have become increasingly important in response to the increase of terrorism, etc. in the international society.

We may take the following actions including additional confirmation on top of the confirmation required under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, depending on the nature and circumstances of transactions with its customers.

• Depending on the nature and circumstances of your transaction, we may check the purpose of the transaction, the source and use of the funds used in the transaction, the status of your assets and income and your relationship with your counterparty.
• Transactional procedures may take longer than usual to confirm documents you submitted and the details of the transaction.
• If requested information is not provided in a timely manner, we may decline new transactions. In the case of existing customers, we may have to restrict transactions or take other necessary measures.
