DISCO Corporation Announces a New Management Organization

TOKYO, March 13, 2009--DISCO Corporation announces that the Board of Directors meeting on March 13, 2009 approved the following changes in organization and the appointment of executives effective as of April 1, 2009.

1.	Change in organization (Effective on April 1, 2009)
	Replacement of the current company-based organization to a divisional organization
