Corrections of the Supplementary Materials for the Explanation
of Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2009

Oriental Land Co., Ltd. corrects the itemized statements under “cost of sales” and “selling, general and
administrative expenses” in its financial statements. The corrections are due to incorrect data in the
consolidation elimination as follows. There were no changes in the total amount of “cost of sales” and “selling,
general and administrative expenses” and profits respectively.
1. Corrected Statements
(1) Supplementary Materials for the Explanation of Results for the Second Quarter Ended September 30, 2008,
which was announced on November 5, 2008
(2) Supplementary Materials of the Results for the Third Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2009,
which was announced on February 5, 2009
(3) Supplementary Materials for the Explanation of Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2009, which
was announced on May 7, 2009
