Reasons for the Revision Due to the popularity of Tokyo Disney Resort 25th Anniversary events, which began in April 2008, and the corresponding increase in the theme park attendance and revenues per guest, revenues for this quarter (October through December 2008) have surpassed the projection, continuing the trend from the first half of the fiscal year. Accordingly, revenues, operating income, ordinary income and net income have been upwardly-revised. Moreover, the projected theme park attendance has been revised from the previous announcement (26.5 million guests) to 27.1 million guests, a record high (up 6.6% over the previous period).
Note: The above projection has been prepared based on information available as of the date that
this data was announced. The actual results may differ from the projected results due to various factors that may occur hereafter.
