Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Cosmo”) announces the changes to the organization structure effective from November 1, 2021. The details are as follows:

New establishment of “Corporate DX Strategy Dept.” and the renaming of “IT Strategy Dept.” to “IT Initiative Dept.”

“Corporate DX Strategy Dept.” will report directly to the CEO in order to fast track the DX strategy of the entire Cosmo Energy Group.
