Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. announces the changes of organization structure effective from April 1, 2019. The details are as follows:
Detail of changes of organization structure
1. Business Development Dept. to be newly established
Business Development Dept. is to be newly established, which promotes renewable energy business and creates new business for strengthening improvement of the system. Function of Renewable Energy business and Electric business will be shifted from Business Portfolio Management Dept. to Business Development Dept.
2. To change the names of departments
Function of general affairs assignment will be shifted from Human Resource & General Affairs Dept. to Legal and General Affairs Dept. The new group is established in Legal and General Affairs Dept., which is in charge of General Meeting of Shareholders operation and general affairs assignment to improve operational efficiency.
