Cosmo Energy Exploration & Production Co., Ltd.　announces the changes of organization　structure effective from April 1, 2019. The details are as follows:

Detail of changes of organization structure

• Administration Dept. to be newly established
• To change the name of Planning and Administration Dept. to Corporate Planning Dept.

 

Function of accounting, finance and management of group companies will be shifted from Planning and Administration Dept. to Administration Dept., which would be able to strength the function and improve its operational efficiency.
