Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. (President: Shunichi Tanaka) announces, as set forth below, the assignment to the Board of Director effective from January 1, 2019. This assignment is for maintaining the governance of Cosmo Energy Group regardless of the timing of changes to the Board of Directors.
