Partial termination of Services by Operators for Transfers and Products

As mentioned in our notice dated June 28, 2024, titled ‘Regarding changes for English support at contact center and partial revisions to procedures related to transfers and products,’ we will be partially discontinuing operator-assisted transfer and product procedures starting Monday, January 6, 2025.
