FUJIFILM Business Innovation and Konica Minolta Decided on the Scheduled Date of Establishment and Name of the Joint Venture Company

TOKYO, Jan 16, 2025 – FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. and Konica Minolta, Inc. today announce that they have decided that the scheduled date of establishment of the joint venture will be January 31, 2025, as all review and approval procedures under the competition laws overseas have been completed. In addition, the name of the joint venture company has been decided to be Global Procurement Partners Corp.
