Notice of FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. (the "Company") regarding
the Company's Revision to its Dividend Estimate for the Year Ending August 31, 2025
At the executive board meeting of the Company held on April 10, 2025, the Company decided to revise its dividend per share estimate for the year ending August 31, 2025. The decision is detailed below.
1.Reasons for the dividend forecast revision
Based on the recent revisions in consolidated business estimates for the year ending August 31, 2025, the Company has revised its year-end dividend per share estimate from 225.00 yen to 240.00 yen. Consequently, the estimated total dividend per share has been revised from 450.00 yen to 480.00 yen.
