CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Reference is made to the announcement of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated May 13, 2025 in relation to the payment of interim dividend for the six months ended February 28, 2025 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this clarification announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.
The Company would like to clarify that there is one inadvertent typographical error contain in the Announcement as summarized below:
