Unauthorized Access to Our Server (Initial Report)

We would like to inform you that one of our managed servers may have been accessed without authorization. We sincerely apologize for the concern this may have caused to all parties involved.

■ Overview

On June 16, 2025, we detected suspicious behavior on a server managed by our company that deviated from normal operations. An immediate investigation was launched, and traces of unauthorized access were confirmed. As a result, we have determined that the server was compromised. The affected server has since been shut down.

■ Response Measures

- The compromised server has been shut down, and communication with the IP segment from which the unauthorized access originated has been blocked.
- On June 19, 2025, we established an internal response task force and are working in collaboration with an external cybersecurity firm to investigate the scope and cause of the incident.
- A damage report has been filed with the Hyogo Prefectural Police.
- As there is a possibility that employee personal information may have been leaked, we have reported the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission.

■ Current Status

- It has been confirmed that some information may have been exfiltrated via the compromised server.
- We are currently conducting a thorough review of the potentially leaked data.
- Our business systems are operating normally, and there has been no impact on our business activities.

We will continue our investigation to determine the cause and scope of the incident. We will promptly provide updates as new information becomes available to relevant parties. In addition, we are committed to strengthening our information security framework and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
