Notification Regarding the Relocation of Azbil’s Head Office

Azbil Corporation (“the Company”) announces that next year it will be relocating its head office from the
current location, where it has been since 2005. The objectives and costs associated with this relocation
have now been finalized, and we hereby provide details of the move.

3. Reasons for the relocation
Under our medium-term plan (FY2025-FY2027), the azbil Group is implementing initiatives aimed
at “Evolution and Co-creation” with the objective of contributing “in series” to a sustainable society.
The decision to relocate our headquarters aligns with our aim of realizing these initiatives by
providing an environment that supports the creation of new ways of working.
The azbil Group aims to pioneer a sustainable future for society through evolution—allowing us
to grow in a rapidly changing world—and co-creation—building partnerships through collaboration
with our stakeholders. Additionally, at our new headquarters we will promote flexible work styles
to improve employee well-being and enhance productivity.

Expenses related to the relocation will have a negligible impact on consolidated financial results.

As the new head office is situated in the same district as the current one, there will be no change
to the registered location in the Articles of Incorporation.
