Taking into account the business cycle of air conditioners, the Groups core business, as well as its high ratio of overseas sales, the Company has decided to change its fiscal year-end to December 31 in order to strengthen and streamline business operations and to further enhance its position in the global air conditioning market. This change will also align the fiscal year-end with other companies in the Paloma Rheem Holdings Group, contributing to more integrated management across the Group.
