Seminar on Investment in Vietnamese Industrial Parks for the Manufacturing Industry ～ Providing Total Solutions for Entry into Vietnam ～

Nippon Steel Trading Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will hold a hybrid investment seminar on Vietnamese industrial parks both online and in-person on Wednesday, November 26, at Hotel New Otani Tokyo. This seminar will be co-hosted with VIGLACERA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Viglacera”), the largest industrial park operator in northern Vietnam, with whom our company has signed a sales agency agreement.
Viglacera has developed 16 industrial parks, totaling approximately 4,500 hectares, mainly in northern and central Vietnam, and has recently announced the establishment of a new industrial park in Hung Yen Province—a region seeing increased investments from Japanese companies.
Our company has a 35-year history of developing and selling industrial parks in Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico. With both parties aiming to expand their industrial park sales in Vietnam to Japanese companies, our company and Viglacera reached an agreement and signed a sales agency contract, effective March 2025. Through this partnership, our company is working to further expand its business in Vietnam.
The seminar will also feature lectures by co-hosts Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Shimizu Corporation, and PERSOL Vietnam, providing multifaceted information indispensable for business expansion into Vietnam—including economic outlook, construction, employment, as well as details about industrial parks.
