Nippon Steel Trading Americas Announces Opening of US Strategic Branch in Pittsburgh, USA

Nippon Steel Trading Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) is pleased to announce the establishment of a strategic branch in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in addition to the existing branch of our U.S. subsidiary, Nippon Steel Trading Americas, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “NSTA”). The new strategic branch is scheduled to commence operations in December.
1.Purpose of Establishment
The new strategic branch of NSTA will be located on the 48th floor of the U.S. Steel Tower in downtown Pittsburgh. This move will enable even faster and closer sharing of information and strategies with Nippon Steel North America,Inc., which relocated its headquarters to Pittsburgh in August this year. As a core trading company of the Nippon Steel Group, we will fulfill our role by expanding operations and enhancing corporate value in the U.S. market.
