About Security Code Card authentication for critical transactions through PowerDirect and MobileDirect

We have received many comments and feedback from our customer on our announcement of Dec 13th, 2009, about using the Security Code Card for critical transactions, in addition for login.

In order to reply customer responses, on December 27th, Shinsei Bank would like to suspend the Security Code Card authentication at critical transactions such as Transfer, that was released on Dec 13th, 2009.
