Jasdaq Opens New Market “NEO”

Tokyo, Japan. November 13, 2007 - Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. announced today that it
opened its new market "NEO".

Jasdaq announced the new market’s outline in March and its name in May of 2007. On August
13, it has put into effect “partial amendments of listing regulations for establishment of NEO”
and officially founded the new market. Today, Ubiquitous Corporation became the first
company to be listed on NEO.
