Announcement of New Directors Corporate Officers and Corporate Auditors

At the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 18, 2007 and June 20, 2007, Mori Building Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Minoru Mori) announced the following provisional appointments of new directors, corporate officers and corporate auditors. The decision is expected to be finalized subject to ratification at the regularly scheduled general meeting of the company's shareholders on June 28, 2007, and at the board meeting that will follow.
