Notice Concerning Change of Largest Major Shareholder
Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co., Ltd., the largest major shareholder of Nippon Electric Glass Co.,
Ltd. (the “Company”), notified the Company today (February 3, 2010) of the sales of 30,000,000 shares of the Company. As a result, Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co., Ltd. ceases to be the largest major shareholder of the Company, and NEC Corporation becomes the new largest major shareholder.
