Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) hereby announces that the board of directors adopted a resolution at a meeting held on March 19, 2010 to change its Representative Director. Personnel changes to the board of directors are subject to approval at the Regular General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for the latter half of June 2010.

The Company anticipates a second consecutive year of large losses during the current term. In order to clarify management’s responsibility and in recognition of the need for management reform, the Company decided to appoint Executive Managing Director Hirotsugu Nishimoto as the new President. Following this appointment, Mr. Yukihiko Chayama leaves the position of Representative Director, President and CEO and assumes the post of Corporate Executive Advisor, Member of the Board of Directors. |
