TDK Corporation announces the following changes of directors and corporate officers decided by a resolution by the Board of Directors at a meeting held today.
The appointment of directors is subject to election at TDKs 114th ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 29, 2010. The appointment of corporate officers will be formally approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held after the June 29 general shareholders meeting.
