held today, it was resolved as follows to propose the Election of Corporate Auditor at the 91st Ordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 29, 2010. The terms of office for Corporate
Auditor Mr. Fujio Okada will expire as of the close of this Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
