Daihatsu Announces Executive Changes
DAIHATSU MOTOR CO., LTD. (Daihatsu) announced today planned executive changes for the positions of president and above, as described below. The new executives will be officially appointed pending approval at this year's ordinary general shareholders' meeting and at the board of directors meeting following the ordinary general shareholders' meeting in June.
Daihatsu also announced today the approval of incumbent President Teruyuki Minoura to assume the position of Chairperson of the Chubu Association of Corporate Executives (Location: 10-19, Sakae 2-chome, Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) effective April 20, 2010.
