Changes in Oriental Land Company Executives

URAYASU, CHIBA—Oriental Land Co., Ltd. announced that changes in the company’s executives were decided at the board of directors’ meeting held today. The proposed names (listed below) will be submitted for approval at the 47th Stockholders’ Meeting scheduled to be held on June 28, 2007 and at the board of directors’ meeting to be held thereafter.
