Announcement of Organizational Change

TAKEFUJI CORPORATION (“the Company”) announces that its Board of Directors’ meeting held on May 14, 2009 has resolved to make changes to the head office organization starting June 26, 2009. Details are as follows:

1. Details of Changes To improve organizational strength and execute the key tasks in the Company’s Medium-Term Business Plan, which are namely to improve asset quality and respond promptly to interest refund claims, the Loan Administration Department—which presently functions as a loan management department of head office—will be subdivided into three departments based on the type of loans, and replaced with Loan Administration Division, which will control the three departments. The Company believes that the clarification and transfer of responsibility and authority will motivate employees to undertake more careful and stringent loan management and achieve the business plan targets. 2.
