KOSÉ to Introduce Rice Powder into Cafeteria's Menu

KOSÉ Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Kazutoshi Kobayashi) approves the idea of "FOOD ACTION NIPPON" (http://syokuryo.jp/) promoted by companies, organizations and government all together to raise Japanese self-sufficiency ratio for food and takes part in it as "promotion partner for FOOD ACTION NIPPON." From January 12th, KOSÉ will introduce new menu using domestic rice powder partly instead of imported flour at a company cafeteria. The cafeteria is in the company's training center with accommodation facility and this is the first action as a company.
