Tsubakimoto Chain Introduces the New Tsubaki Plated Lock Pulley, Highly Functional Timing Pulley with Friction Locking Device
A Simple, Yet Powerful Addition to the S-Type Lock Pulley Series
Introduction
Tsubakimoto Chain (Headquarters: Osaka, Japan. Chairman and President: Takashi Fukunaga) has developed the Tsubaki Plated Lock Pulley, an electroless nickel plated pulley with improved corrosion- and wear-resistant specifications. Sales of the new product will commence October 1.
Tsubaki Plated Lock Pulley
Tsubakimoto Chain previously released the Lock Pulley, a timing pulley featuring a keyless locking device, in order to meet demands for higher-precision specs in timing belt transmission. This new addition adds a new electroless nickel plated model to the Tsubaki S-Type Lock Pulley series with its drastically improved transmission torque and compact design. The new product features improved rust resistance and clean transmission design shaft hole that does not require oil application.
Features
- Corrosion- and Wear-Resistant Design
Pulley body and sleeve employ electroless nickel plating (attachment bolts feature a special coating) to achieve high wear and corrosion resistance. - Lube-Free Design
A completely dry lock design means that the pulley does not require lubricating oil during assembly and makes it perfect for use in clean environments. - Powerful Lock
Plating does not affect transmission torque and the new model maintains the same strong locking ability as the S-Type Lock Pulley. A diverse product lineup allows use with a wide range of equipment.
Applications
The Tsubaki Plated Lock Pulley is perfect for use in clean environments, LCD and semiconductor devices, and all kinds of automated machinery.
