Announcement of the influence of the Tohoku Earthquake

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy for the citizens who have suffered from the earthquake
on March 11, 2011.
We will announce the voluntary postponement / refrainment of the products release, concert events, and
appearance of the artists, under the circumstances around the Company as follows.

1. Release Postponement of the Products

With the circumstance of logistic to provide aid supplies and the communication environment
needed to confirm safety of the citizens as top priority for our country, the Company will postpone
the release of the following products:
Packaged products, such as CD and DVD, and the digital products planned to be released after
March 23, 2011. – 67 titles total
* Reschedule release plan will be announced as fixed, through the official homepage of the
artists.

2. Voluntary Postponement / Refrainment of the Concert Events and Appearance of Our Artist

We will postpone 20 concert events scheduled after March 12, 2011.
* Detail information regarding the rescheduling of the concert events and any possible refund of
the tickets will officially be announced through artists’ homepage as fixed.
* Please note that there are possibilities with concert events to be canceled due to the result of
our study and discussion we are currently processing.
* The purchased tickets will be needed at any rescheduled concert events or any refund under
constraint.

3. Influence on Performance

The influence on our performance affected by the above mentioned announcement has now been
reviewed. We will disclose the information possibly involve any influence on our performance.
