Notice Regarding the 2011 Tohoku Pacific Coast Earthquake

TOA Corporation wishes to extend its deepest condolences to those affected by the 2011 Tohoku Pacific Coast Earthquake which occurred on March 11.

As of 2:00 pm on March 14, the extent of damage and effect on operations of TOA Corporation and group companies are as follows:

1.Extent of damage

There has been some damage to a number of sales offices in the Tohoku region. However, these offices will cooperate with nearby offices to resume operations as quickly as possible.

2.Effect on operations

Operations are normal at all sales offices with the exception of Koriyama office where operations have been disrupted by the earthquake. Customers of the Koriyama sales office will be contacted by another nearby office.
