The Impact of 2011 Tohoku-Kanto Earthquake (2nd Report)

We do sincerely express our deepest sympathy to all those suffering due to the
Earthquake at the Pacific Coast of Tohoku region (Tohoku-Kanto Earthquake) and its
aftershocks occurred since the afternoon of March 11, 2011.

We hereby announce our current situation for our operational sites according to the
earthquake as follows.

The recovery of production line and facilities at our Hadano headquarter (located at
Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and Tsukuba fab (located at Tsukuba City, Ibaraki
Prefecture) has been completed and the operation has been started in sequence.
