Announcement of the influence of the Tohoku Earthquake - 2nd report
Situation with upcoming concerts / events

To all those affected by Tohoku Earthquake, we would like to express our heartfelt sympathy and pray for
the earliest recovery of the affected area.
We have announced the voluntary postponement / refrainment of concert events and appearance of the
artists in March through our press release dated March 15, 2011 (“Announcement of the influence of the
Tohoku Earthquake”). The events that are planned after April will be judged based on the study and discussion
with the circumstance of each area as follow:

1. Information of the events after April
We will be judging each event planned after April by taking the circumstance under consideration.
The announcement will be made through each artist’s official homepage.
The purchased tickets will be needed at any rescheduled events or any refund under constraint.

2. The usage of the electric power at the events
In order to ease burden of electric power supply, we will try to save electricity by providing own
power-supply system, as well as by turning off some lights of the event facilities in those area in
charged by Tokyo Electric Power Company and Tohoku Electric Power Company.

3. Influence on Performance
The postponement and/or refrainment can be expected, but the influence on our performance
affected by the above mentioned announcement is under review. We will disclose the information
possibly involve any influence on our performance.
