Donations for the Relief and Recovery of
the Great East Japan Earthquake

URAYASU, CHIBA— Oriental Land Co., Ltd. announced today that together with its
group companies it will contribute to the relief and recovery of those affected by the Great
East Japan Earthquake. With the reopening of Tokyo Disneyland on April 15, 2011,
donations for the relief efforts will be made as outlined below. As previously announced
on March 18 and March 30, the Oriental Land Group has already donated a total of 200
million yen.

Oriental Land Co., Ltd. sends heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the
disaster and prays for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas.

1. Donation from proceeds of Tokyo Disney Resort facilities
(1) For each guest visiting Tokyo Disneyland, 300 yen will be donated to the Japanese
Red Cross Society for the relief and recovery the affected areas.
Period: April 15 through May 14, 2011

(2) From the room charges of guests staying at the Disney Ambassador® Hotel and
Tokyo Disneyland® Hotel, 1,000 yen per room per night of stay will be donated to
the Japanese Red Cross Society for the relief and recovery the affected areas.
Period: April 15 through May 14, 2011

2. Charity wristband sales to support the relief effort
With the reopening of the Park on April 15, 2011, Cast Members will be wearing
wristbands with the message “We Are One” to show support for those affected by the
disaster. This wristband will also be sold to guests, with all proceeds from the sales
being donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society for the relief and recovery the
affected areas.

- Period: From April 22, 2011 (the last day is undecided)
- Price: 300 yen (tax included)

Note: In addition to the above, we will continue to conduct various other activities to
support the relief efforts, including setting up boxes for donations from visitors to
Ikspiari and Cirque du Soleil Theatre Tokyo.
