Change of Representative Directors

Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. (DSP) today announced that at its meeting held on May 11, 2011, the Board of Directors decided to change the Representative Directors, which will be officially implemented at the Board of Directors’ meeting to be held immediately following the general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for June 24, 2011.

• 1. New Representative Directors
  With the resignation of Kenjiro Miyatake, the current Representative Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Keiichi Ono, the current Member, Board of Directors, Senior Executive Officer will be appointed Representative Director, Vice President. The new structure of representative directors is stated below.
