Announcement of Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes

Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies announce that the following organizational and personnel changes have been decided, effective July 1, 2011.

1. Organizational Changes (effective July 1, 2011)

TOYO INK SC HOLDINGS CO., LTD.

• Organizational Changes to Group Corporate Departments
  • The Corporate Communication Group of the General Affairs Department is dissolved, and the Corporate Communication Department is newly established.
• Organizational Changes to Global Business Sector
  • The Global Business Sector is dissolved and its functions are divided as follows;
    • The functions related to foreign investment projects are transferred to the Toyo Ink Group Strategy Division, Group-I.
    • The functions related to the overseas activity management are transferred to the Corporate Administration Group of the Finance & Accounting Department.
    • The functions related to the overseas personnel management are transferred to the Global Human Resources Group of the Human Resources Department.
    • The functions of the Trading Department are transferred to the newly established TOYO SC TRADING CO., LTD.

TOYO INK CO., LTD.

• The Radiation Curing Products Division is renamed the Energy Cure System Division.
