Notice of Revisions to Wheat Flour Prices

Nippon Flour Mills Co., Ltd. (Chairman, President, CEO & COO: Hiroshi Sawada) announces that today, in connection with the April 1, 2011 hike in government sales prices of five types of imported wheat by 18% on average, it informed distributors of price revisions for its wheat flour products for professional use. Details are as follows:

1. Amount of price revisions
􀂾 Hard flour for professional use up ¥330/ 25 kg
􀂾 Medium and soft flour for professional use up ¥220/ 25 kg
􀂾 Domestic wheat 100% flour for professional use (except for certain brands) up ¥125/ 25 kg

Note: The above prices above do not include consumption tax.

For wheat flour products to be shipped from June 20 (Monday), 2011
