Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies announce that the following organizational and personnel changes have been decided, effective October 1, 2011.
1. Organizational Changes (effective October 1, 2011)
TOYO INK CO., LTD.
- Organizational Changes to Printing Ink sales Division
- Nagano Sales Office and Niigata Sales Office are dissolved, and the functions of these offices are transferred to TOYO INK GRAPHICS CO., LTD.
- Organizational Changes to TOPPAN Sales Division
- The Section-3 and -4 of the 2nd Sales Department are dissolved.
- The 3rd Sales Department is newly established and The Section-1 and -2 are placed under the department.
