| Established as a joint venture company between Sagawa Global Logistics and a Vietnamese company in June 1997, Sagawa Express Vietnam mainly offers air and ocean import and export service, domestic trucking service and warehousing service, with sales branch offices in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Da Nang. After acquiring approval from the Vietnamese government for needle detection and product inspection service in August 2011, the company launched its 3PL service for the clothing industry. Through this service, the company also supports Japanese manufacturers operating in Vietnam. |

| On August 25, Ho Chi Minh City's tax authority held a ceremony to commend the most excellent companies. Based on the assessment criteria (including the amount of tax payment, accurate corporate tax declaration and corporate tax payment by the due date for fiscal 2010), 948 companies were selected as most excellent companies from a total of 150,000 firms operating under the jurisdiction of Ho Chi Minh City's tax authority. At the ceremony, Junji Shimasaki, president of Sagawa Express Vietnam, was honored for the company's outstanding level of excellence. |
